Swedish Relaxation Massage
A soothing full body escape. Swedish massage is very rhythmic, the steady flow is known for stimulating the nervous system, muscular system, and organs to relax and function optimally. Dont be surprised if you start to fall asleep!
Trigger Point Therapy
Focuses on pains that seem to spread through certain parts of your body. The Therapist locates a knot and holds it until it starts to spasm and then release. This is a great massage for people who often suffer from headaches, you may find that the cause of your headache is a knot in your shoulder or neck!
Deep Tissue
A more specific massage that gets into the deeper layers of muscle, concentrating on breaking down knots/adhesions.
Prenatal Pregnancy
A gentle, side-lying massage for mothers to be! Carrying the weight of two people sure puts a toll on your busy, hormonal body! This is the perfect way to escape for the mother and the baby!
Connective Tissue
A slow, intentional massage. The internal webbing of your body, A.K.A. connective tissue, holds your internal body together. It is melted by the warmth and slow pace of the therapists hands, and then connected back together. It is great for stagnation and for those of you who feel a disconnect in certain parts of your body.
Sports Massage
Involves fast, stimulating pressure and stretching. The purpose is to wake up the muscles and get them prepared for the athletes upcoming event!

While much of this work happens within the studio, there are moments when care is most impactful when it meets people where they are. On site massage brings the soothing experience into professional, private, and communal spaces with the same intention and attention to detail.
